Dogs with problems in the urinary organs (kidneys, ureters) or in the liver metabolism need special food to reduce the metabolic breakdown products and thus to relieve these organs.

Due to the extremely low protein content (13%) with high protein quality and significantly reduced mineral content (including phosphorus, sodium, magnesium), our Special Light is suitable as a complete feed even over a longer period of time.

Special Light relieves the metabolism and prevents the risk of diet-related urinary tract disorders. By using our immune complex of mannans and glucans, the intestinal flora is stabilized and the immune system is strengthened.

We recommend feeding the specified amount of our Special Light soaked in lukewarm water. Increased and regular water intake is particularly important for dogs with kidney disease.
