Therapeutic indications
Forbid gradually disaccustoms the subject from ingesting his own feces in case of coprophagia. The substances contained in forbid make the feces totally unpleasant even if partially ingested. Its action reduces the risk of reinfestation, preventing the re-ingestion of parasite eggs through fecal material.
Dosage and administration
Mix in the food at the following daily doses: cats and small dogs (under 10 kg): ½ – 1 level measuring spoon. Medium-sized dogs (10 to 25 kg): 1 – 1½ level measuring spoon. Large dogs (over 25 kg): 2 and ½ level measuring spoons It is advisable to carry out a minimum administration cycle of 15 days, extendable according to the instructions of the veterinarian. If the animal is subject to ingesting its own feces and shares the same environment with other dogs or cats, extend the administration of forbid to these subjects as well, so as to prevent the ingestion of other people’s feces. Water at will is recommended.
