Returns & Refunds
Customers may return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Perishable goods, opened grooming products, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as pet shampoos) are excluded from return.
How to Return
Email info@bluespapetshop.com with your order number, reason for return, and accompanying photos if applicable. Upon confirmation, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Methods

Within 14 days: Full refund via original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

After 14 days: Store credit only, valid for 6 months.

No returns accepted after 30 days, except in the case of manufacturer defects.
